New Stable

Considering I left GEW, I also want to leave the stable I am in on GEW and make one here with just people in this federation in on it..

So if any 3 other people wish to do the same we can all join up once you're ready. Just say so and it's done.

I´m already ina stable, but I don´t mind leaving it, because it doesn´t really work well
